Shipping policy
Order Processing: After placing your order, especially on a personalized/customized item; any mistakes, adjustments, or changes (Name on order, shipping address, chosen color/font options, sizing, quantity, etc) will need to be made with me within 24-48 hours of purchase to ensure your corrections are made before it is in the process of being created or shipped. After the allotted time, no further adjustments or changes can be accepted.
Each order is handcrafted by one person and made to order specifically for you, which means there is a 1-2 week turn around time. This means that I have a 1-2 week creating time and your order will be shipped out 1-2 weeks (or less) from the date it was purchased! (This turn around time is for creation only and does not include the time it takes to arrive after shipped).
Shipping: Your package will either be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. (Most frequently USPS). Shipping time can take between 1-3 business days, or 2-8 business days depending on carrier, holidays, or zip code that the package is being sent to.
Tracking: Once your package has been sent out to be shipped, you will immediately be emailed a tracking number for your package to keep up with shipping progress, delays, & delivery. Please keep in mind once your item has been dropped off at the post office, I am no longer responsible for any delays or lost orders. In the event this does happen, please contact me and I will do my best to work with you and get your items to you. If there is any issue with your tracking, please contact me or the carrier asap to resolve the issue.
