Refund policy
CreativK8, LLC has a no return/no refund policy, which means all sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange. Due to products being made to order specifically for the customer, with customization and personalization, products are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

Customized/Personalized Items
After placing your order on a personalized/customized item; any mistakes, adjustments, or changes (Name on order, shipping address, chosen color/font options, sizing, quantity, etc) will need to be made with me within 24-48 hours of purchase to ensure your corrections are made before it is in the process of being created. After the allotted time, no further adjustments or changes can be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. If item is damaged upon arrival, be sure to take photo documentation proof of the damage to provide when you contact me.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon delivery of your package, if you notice that any item(s) are defective or damaged you can be eligible to request a refund if you so choose. If this is the case, you must contact me immediately upon receiving your package, and provide photo documentation of defectiveness or damage, to be inspected and accepted. No refund will be issued if there is no photo documentation of proof provided of defectiveness or damage. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
(If applicable) Upon delivery/opening of your package, and your item is damaged you are eligible to request a refund (see above) or a replacement of your item. If you want to request a replacement of your damaged order, it will be sent exactly as ordered before (customization/personalization that was chosen), no changes/modifications acceptable. The same as requesting a refund, photo documentation as proof of damage upon reception, will be required in order to receive replacement. No replacement item(s) will be approved if there is no photo documentation of proof of damage provided.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom/personalization products/orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
*Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted on sale, discounted items or gift cards.
